I finally decided to start blogging about my weight loss journey. I think my husband is pretty tired of me bitching about it all to him. I'd like a place to record milestones and keep myself motivated. And, finally, recording what I eat and weigh helps keep me on track.
This morning I weighed in at 175.6. This is down from my highest weight of 260 pounds.
In August 2011, I weighed about 243.
On January 1, 2012, I weighed 212.8.
My goal weight is 135. I can't wait to get there!
