164.2

I weighed in today at 164.2, my lowest weight since I graduated college. Wow! I feel really good.

I then celebrated with a 6.3 mile run/walk. Lots more walking than running, but so be it.

I'm hoping to be under 160 by June 15.

175.6

I finally decided to start blogging about my weight loss journey. I think my husband is pretty tired of me bitching about it all to him. I'd like a place to record milestones and keep myself motivated. And, finally, recording what I eat and weigh helps keep me on track.

This morning I weighed in at 175.6. This is down from my highest weight of 260 pounds.

In August 2011, I weighed about 243.

On January 1, 2012, I weighed 212.8.

My goal weight is 135. I can't wait to get there!
